Spanlift’s parapet design offers a unique square look - hiding the roof pitch and promoting a modern style.
All parapet stub columns are hot dip galvanised for ultimate protection.
The parapets are lined on the rear and flashed down into a box gutter. The top of the parapet is usually capped with a flashing that is the same colour as the wall line.
Parapets are sometimes used to highlight the office block of the building.
