Gable in-fill

...

A gable in-fill is when a gable of a building is enclosed.

This option avoids viewing the building truss, by cladding the upper section of the gable in iron.

This option undoubtedly increases the aesthetic appeal of the building.

Gable overhang

...

The gable is the top triangular section of the end of a building.

As an option, the roof purlins can be hung over the end frame/truss, which produces a gable overhang.

A gable overhang is typically used to provide additional protection for open ended buildings, such as a dairy or
yard cover.
